Watermelon-Lime Juice

Makes 2 servings


  • 1 lime, peeled and pith removed
  • 3 cups 1-inch cubes seedless watermelon
  • 15 fresh mint leaves


  1. Cut lime into small chunks. Feed lime, watermelon and mint through a cold-press juicer, alternating hard and soft textures.
  2. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
