- 1 lime, peeled and pith removed
- 3 cups 1-inch cubes seedless watermelon
- 15 fresh mint leaves
- Cut lime into small chunks. Feed lime, watermelon and mint through a cold-press juicer, alternating hard and soft textures.
- Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
