Low-Fat Cukes & Melba Toast

  • 1 tbsp. light spreadable Swiss cheese
  • 2 Melba toasts
  • 4 cucumber slices, each ¼ inch thick
  • Pepper, optional


Spread cheese on two pieces of toasts. Top each toast with two slices of cucumber. Sprinkle with the pepper, if desired.
