Ingredients
- 1 pound tricolor rotini, cooked and drained according to package directions
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 (12-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper (optional)
Directions
- In a large bowl combine pasta, carrots, green pepper and onion. For dressing, in a medium bowl stir together mayonnaise, condensed milk, sugar, vinegar, salt and, if desired, pepper until well blended. Add dressing to pasta mixture and mix well. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
