Tomato Crostini

Fresh Tomato Crostini

Makes 20 servings


  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 20 Garlic Crostini Toasts, recipe below


Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine tomatoes, basil, onion, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, spoon tomato mixture on Garlic Crostini Toasts (recipe here).
