Ingredients
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
Directions
- In a small saucepan combine sugar, cream and butter; cook and stir with a whisk over medium-high heat just until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat; whisk in finely chopped chocolate until melted.
