Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 oz unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan combine sugar, cream and butter; cook and stir with a whisk over medium-high heat just until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat; whisk in finely chopped chocolate until melted.
