The tang of oranges enlivens this easy-to-prepare vinaigrette. It’s ideal atop salads but may also be used as a glaze for meats.
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients
- 2 tsp orange zest
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- Dash ground black pepper
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- In a small bowl combine orange zest, orange juice, honey, garlic, fine sea salt and black pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Makes ⅓ cup.
