Orange Vinaigrette

The tang of oranges enlivens this easy-to-prepare vinaigrette. It’s ideal atop salads but may also be used as a glaze for meats.

Makes 1 serving


  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp fine sea salt
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil


In a small bowl combine orange zest, orange juice, honey, garlic, fine sea salt and black pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Makes ⅓ cup.
