Ingredients

  • 2 (16-ounce) bags frozen corn
  • 1 (8-ounce) package light cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup smoked ham, diced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook and stir on medium low heat until everything is melted, combined and heated through.
