Cream Cheese Frosting

The tangy cream cheese in this classic frosting complements donuts, brownies and many other baked treats. The recipe is also easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar

Directions

In a medium bowl beat together cream cheese, butter and vanilla until creamy. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
