Ingredients

  • 1 (3-ounce) bunch Italian parsley, trimmed
  • ½ (2-ounce) bunch cilantro, trimmed
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a food processor combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, red pepper and salt. Add oil and vinegar. Cover and pulse until smooth. Season to taste with black pepper.
