Makes 6 servings
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter
- 3 cups fat-free half-and-half
- 6 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 ¼ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until thickened.
