Pink Hot Chocolate

Cap off a romantic evening with mugs of hot (pink!) chocolate.

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 pint strawberry sherbet
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

In a medium saucepan, melt sherbet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, melt chocolate in microwave oven; whisk into melted sherbet. Whisk in water and milk one cup at a time.
