Power Green Smoothie Bowl
Jump start your day with the nutrients you need to keep feeling full and energized all morning. This smoothie bowl is a basic recipe that can be customized to your tastes or nutrition goals.

Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 1 cup strawberry low-fat kefir
- 1 tsp lemon-lime–flavor super greens powder
- Desired toppers: Banana and kiwifruit slices and/or pumpkin seeds
Directions
In a blender combine yogurt, bananas, spinach, kefir and lemon-lime powder. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve with desired toppers.
