Power Green Smoothie Bowl

Jump start your day with the nutrients you need to keep feeling full and energized all morning. This smoothie bowl is a basic recipe that can be customized to your tastes or nutrition goals.

Makes 2 servings


  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 cup strawberry low-fat kefir
  • 1 tsp lemon-lime–flavor super greens powder
  • Desired toppers: Banana and kiwifruit slices and/or pumpkin seeds


In a blender combine yogurt, bananas, spinach, kefir and lemon-lime powder. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve with desired toppers.
