  • 1 ¾ cups white rice flour
  • 1 ¾ cups soy flour
  • 1 ¼ cups tapioca flour
  • ½ cup whey powder

Directions

  1. Combine flours and whey powder. Store in an airtight container. Makes 5¼ cups.
