Floral Goat Cheese Balls

These balls of savory goat cheese are topped profusely with edible flowers.

Tangy goat cheese, mixed with an assortment of herbs, forms the basis to these balls topped profusely with edible flowers. Make just one ball for small get-togethers or make both for larger events. The top round shown is covered in crushed pink peppercorns, spicy radish flowers and tangy garlic flowers. The bottom round has a sprinkling of fresh oregano with vibrant micro dianthus blooms, sweet micro white pepper flowers and delicate micro star flowers. Serve with assorted crackers.
