Blueberry Lemonade Pops

These refreshing frozen delights combine the smooth richness of yogurt with fresh juice and summer fruit.

Makes 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 containers lemon-flavored yogurt (5.3-ounce each)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 ¼ cups lemonade
  • ½ cup blueberries

Directions

  1. Divide lemon yogurt evenly between pop molds. Avoid drips on inner sides of mold for clean stripes. Insert craft stick and freeze for 2 hours.
  2. Halve and slice lemon and distribute slices among molds. Top with lemonade until ¾ full and freeze for additional 2 hours.
  3. Divide blueberries among molds and pour remaining lemonade over top. Freeze for 4 hours.

To remove finished pops from molds run warm water over outside of plastic molds.
