Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 (8-ounce) beef top sirloin steaks, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 cup A1 Steak Sauce
  • 2 pounds small potatoes
  • ½ pound fresh green beans

Directions

  1. Marinate beef chunks in steak sauce for 2 hours, covered, in refrigerator. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat. Parboil potatoes for 6 to 10 minutes or until almost tender, adding green beans during final minute of cooking. Drain; cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Thread skewers, repeating following pattern: potato, 2 green beans, beef chunk and 2 green beans. Grill 10 minutes or until meat is desired doneness, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
