Beef Kabobs

Sizzling with smoky perfection, these juicy, tender beef kabobs are simple to make. Marinated chunks of beef sirloin alternate with fresh green beans and small potatoes for an easy grilled meal.

Makes 6 servings

  • 2 (8-ounce) beef top sirloin steaks, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1 cup A1 Steak Sauce
  • 2 pounds small potatoes
  • ½ pound fresh green beans

Marinate beef chunks in steak sauce for 2 hours, covered, in refrigerator. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat. Parboil potatoes for 6 to 10 minutes or until almost tender, adding green beans during final minute of cooking. Drain; cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Thread skewers, repeating following pattern: potato, 2 green beans, beef chunk and 2 green beans. Grill 10 minutes or until meat is desired doneness, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
