Smoky Snax

It just doesn’t get any crunchier than Smokey Snax! This crowd-pleaser includes pretzel sticks, cashews or peanuts, sunflower seeds and three kinds of crackers—all drizzled with popcorn oil seasoned with smoked paprika and cracked pepper!

Makes 12 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Cheez-It or other cheese crackers
  • 2 cups Wheat Thins or other whole-wheat crackers
  • 2 cups oyster crackers
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 2 cups cashews or peanuts
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup popcorn oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cracked pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 300°F. Mix crackers, pretzels, nuts and seeds together in a large bowl. Mix popcorn oil, paprika and pepper in a separate bowl. Spread cracker mixture out on baking sheets and drizzle oil mixture on top. Bake 20 minutes or until crackers are dry.
