Cap off a romantic evening with mugs of hot (pink!) chocolate. Melted strawberry sherbet and milk form the base of this drink; melted white chocolate adds richness and body.

Ingredients

1 pint strawberry sherbet
½ cup white chocolate chips
2 cups water
2 cups milk
Marshmallows (optional)

Directions

In a medium saucepan, melt sherbet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, melt chocolate in microwave oven; whisk into melted sherbet. Whisk in water and milk one cup at a time. Garnish with marshmallows, if desired.
