Makes 2 servings
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- 1 6-ounce container low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ serving vanilla-flavored whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
For best results, freeze fruit for several hours before making the smoothies.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
