Peach Iced Tea

The name Peach Iced Tea could not be more appropriate: Chunks of fresh, ripe peaches are steeped with tea to create this flavor-filled summer beverage.

Makes 16 servings


  • 6 to 8 teabags (black or green)
  • 4 cups boiled filtered water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (optional)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 5 peaches, pitted and sliced


Steep teabags in boiled water for up to 5 minutes. Remove bags. Add sugar, if desired, and let dissolve. Add cold water and sliced peaches; stir. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
