This lively mix of juicy nectarines, crunchy garden accents and freshly squeezed lime juice creates a perfect condiment for sea bass, other fish or even chips.
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe nectarine, pitted and diced
- 3 tbsp minced red bell pepper
- 1 ½ tbsp diced onion
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons minced jalapeño peppers*
- 1 (2-finger) pinch Lemon Flake or Fleur de Sel de Camargue salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve with grilled fish.
- *Note: Chile peppers contain volatile oils that can burn your skin and eyes. When working with jalapeños, wear protective gloves.
