Makes 72 truffles
- 1 10-ounce package mint chocolate chips
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- Cocoa powder
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mint chocolate chips, semisweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high power for 30-second intervals until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is smooth, stirring after each interval. Cover tightly and chill for 2 hours or until firm. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in cocoa powder. Cover and chill until serving time.
