Whatever your fears and concerns are, give them to God. He created the world and everything in it. He loves you and has everything in His power to control. The Bible tells us in Luke 12:22-26 NRSV, “...do not worry about your life, what you will eat, or about your body, what you will wear. For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing.

Consider the ravens: they neither sow nor reap, they have neither storehouse nor barn, and yet God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds! And can any of you by worrying add a single hour to your span of life?

If then you are not able to do so small a thing as that, why do you worry about the rest?”

Turn your thoughts to what is good and righteous. Do not entertain evil in any form—from media, to friend groups to your thoughts. Trust in God and you are promised peace beyond your understanding.

Philippians 4:6-7 NRSV says, “Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
