Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
Great for layered cakes on any occasion. Make sure to create your crumb coat first, though!
- 4 cups confectioner's sugar
- 10 tbsps unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsps whipping cream
- 2 tsps vanilla extract
- In a small mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to combine confectioner's sugar and butter. Beat in whipping cream or milk and extract until smooth.
