Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oz (6 tablespoons) blue cheese crumbles

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium saucepan, heat water, butter and salt over medium heat until mixture begins to boil. Add cayenne pepper and flour; stir vigorously with a wooden spoon for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat; stir in eggs, one at a time, until each is incorporated. Stir in blue cheese. Drop dough by level tablespoons 2 inches apart onto a parchment-lined or ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 22 minutes or until light brown on bottom. Serve warm.
