Sizzling with smoky perfection, these juicy, tender kabobs are simple to make.
Makes 6 servings, 2 kabobs per person
- 2 8-ounce beef top sirloin, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 cup A1 Steak Sauce
- 2 pounds small potatoes
- ½ pound fresh green beans
Marinate beef chunks in steak sauce for 2 hours, covered, in refrigerator. Meanwhile, soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat. Parboil potatoes for 6 to 10 minutes or until almost tender, adding green beans during final minute of cooking. Drain; cut potatoes into 1-inch pieces. Thread skewers, repeating following pattern: potato, 2 green beans, meat and 2 green beans. Grill 10 minutes or until meat is desired doneness, turning occasionally to cook evenly.
