Broccoli Salad is an easy make-ahead recipe.

Bacon-Broccoli Salad

Makes 14 servings


  • ½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • ½ cups mayonnaise
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup sunflower kernels
  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


In a medium bowl stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Stir in broccoli, onion, and cranberries. Cover and refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in sunflower kernels and crumbled bacon.
