Apple-Fennel Slaw

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 bulb fennel, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups apples, chopped
  • ¼ cup raisins

Directions

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; mix well. Stir in cabbage, fennel, celery and walnuts until well coated. Gently stir in apples and raisins. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
